Internship program

The graduate professional development scheme at Enel Maritza East 3 TPP aims to provide employees of the appropriate caliber and experience to meet the operational needs of the company in the future through the creation of a pool of well qualified and trained graduates with directly relevant experience of the plant. This is an 18 months training program which allows sufficient time to gain experience in 3 key work areas - operation, maintenance and engineering, work on project, depending on business needs and the personal preferences of the graduates.
